Our Current Account is available in 3 currencies: Lao Kip (LAK), Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollar (USD). You can make all your payments by cheque instead of cash and will receive fast personal service with the security of your cash. Deposits and withdrawals by cheque or in cash can be made at any time during business hours. It can be used together with a Savings Account for cheque clearance by transferring funds between accounts.

Conditions

Requirement Documents (Individual)
- Lao customer (Citizen): ID card, family book, passport (Valid≥06 months);
- Foreigner: passport (Valid≥06 months), visa, stay permit, work permit;
- Lao or foreigner not residing in Laos: passport (Valid≥06 months) and open jointly account with a party residing in Laos;
- Initial minimum deposit of LAK 500,000; THB 6,000 or USD 200.
Requirement Documents (Corporate)
- Enterprise registration certificate or business license;
- Tax registration certificate;
- Official stamp/seal;
- Power of attorney or authorized letter;
- ID card, family book, passport (Valid≥06 months) for Lao citizen;
- Passport (Valid≥06 months), visa for foreigner;
- Initial minimum deposit of LAK 5,000,000; THB 20,000 or USD 500.
