• A Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on networking.
• Hands-on experience with network management tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) can be considered.
