POSITION: Customer Service Officer 3 Position
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  1. Deliver to customers with effective and efficient banking products and services. 
  2. Ensure proper data entries and transactions of products and services provided to customers. 
  3. Process customer’s account opening – closing and ensure efficiency accuracy 
  4. Meet and exceed customer expectations through providing superior customer service. 
  5. Prepare routine records and reports required by supervisor and/or manager. 
  6. Must perform other duties as assigned. 
     
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High Diploma or Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, economic or related field;
  • Past relevant working experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are also welcome;
  • Must have good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese;
  • Pleasant and friendly personality and good communication and solving skill;
  • Willing to work under pressure and over time.
  • Computer literacy, MS word, excel & power point
