1. Install and configure new computer hardware, new operating systems and applications;
2. Providing technical support or responding in a timely manner to service hardware/software to staff;
3. Identifies, researches, and resolves of software or hardware problems;
4. Troubleshooting network and system issues;
5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, PBX Telephone, CCTV, Fire alarm system and the access control system;
6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
7. Possibly training to staff in another department;
8. Assist to integrate/testing support teams with deployment of new system, upgrading software solutions, and quality assurance policies and procedures within the new system;
9. Creating/Reviewing documentation for technical support purposes;
10. Contact with the IT solutions/Vendors company to takes supporting business of the Bank;
11. And other task that assigned by the managers, head of IT or senior staff of the Bank.

•  A Diploma, a bachelor, or equivalent degree of Computer science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology;
• The fresh graduate is qualified to apply;
• Ability writing & communication in English;
• Good technical knowledge in Computer Hardware, Software, Network Devices;
• Has knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating System;
• Honest, punctual, patient and ability to work in a pressure;
• A dedication to continually update knowledge;
• Strong listening, questioning, verbal and written communication skills;
• Good at working as part of people, a team.
