•    Higher or Bachelor’s degree in banking & finance, economics, or business administration;
•    Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
•    Good communication & interpersonal skills; 
•    Ability to maintain credit performance and customer service commitment;
•    Honest & enthusiasm;
•    Knowledge basic of laws and regulation in banking and business sector;
•    Basic understanding of procedures and process of loan/customer collection and credit risk;
•    Willing to work under pressure and over time;
•    Good speaking/reading/listening and writing in English.
